We’re a small team with big ideas and a passion for helping organizations move from intention to action.

Collective Consulting is a Winnipeg-based firm located on Treaty 1 Territory, built to support organizations that want to work with more clarity, care, and intention. Collective Consulting was designed by Karolya Hutniak Vargscarr (KV), a people leader and change management specialist with a focus on corporate transformation; and Shreya Jhunjhunwala, a marketing and public relations leader in communications.
